Question

multiple 'Server not Found' before finally loading

So I have ATT and I am getting a 'Server Not Found' error when I try to visit a website. I have to refresh the page around 4-5 times before it finally loads. I am currently using Firefox. The same thing happens with other browsers. My dad is hooked up to the same router and does not experience this issue. I have tried numerous DNS server IPs and they all do the same thing. I'm currently on Google's. What could be causing this?

Answer
Remove all security softwares

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
