Question

multiple key entries

when I press any keyboard button once, I get a lot of random entries of keyboard characters on the screen, this happens on any program being used or when typing usernames / passwords on websites. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Am I to assume your saying my keyboard is at fault rather than it being drivers or some setting I don't know of?

It's a common issue with a quick test to figure it out. I've seen folk run up quite a tab at the repair shops insisting that no other keyboard (or optical drive) be tried.
