Multiple calendar support for Treo 650

I have a need to sync both my Lotus Notes 6.5.1 work calendar and my Microsoft Outlook 2003 onto my Treo 650. It can be into two separate calendars if needed. I just need data from both calendars on my Treo. Is there a way to do this? How do you configure this? What other software packages would I need, if any?
