Multimedia Funding

Hi everyone, my name is Arnold. I am in Africa. I would like to find out if there are any grants out there for multimedia in the following areas: Photography(picture, image, graphics), audio (voice, music, sound) and/or video (animation), printing and publishing. We are trying to establish a community project that will uplift the multimedia industry in our country and the whole of Africa in the long run so we need help. Thanks
