I don't understand your question

What is "Pauses of time duration between ..... & ..... are given on an average basis while pronouncing a phrase"?

You're asking me to choose an answer. Where did you get those choices from, and what is this question for?

Please note that if you are performing a survey or poll, we don't do those in these forums.

So it's a question YOU have to answer. So it isn't a question WE have to answer. That's a nice thing to know, because it's a ununderstandable question.

Hey I know an area of research about this.

The research was on "Speaker-specific variability of Phoneme Durations". It was very good and the conclusion was that the variation of the length of the phonemes did indeed change with the speaker!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeK5ZjtpO-M really shows it.
