Multimedaia Presentation software

I am looking for software to replace PowerPoint with and was hoping someone might be able to recommend something.

I need to be able to transition seamlessly between audio, video, graphics, powerpoint etc for live presentations.

I would like to be able to control all of them independently. Someone suggested Pro Presenter which I looked into but had issues with it working correctly.

Is there anything else available?

So you've been watch those Apple presentations?

From memory that's Keynote but what you also need to know is those are planned, built and rehearsed well in advance of the show.

280?

Again, all this is done ahead of the presentation. Those slick presentations you see are scripted and rehearsed.

Once in awhile you hear a request for software that would allow unscripted presentations. Then you have to be gentle.

Yes ...

In reply to: 280?

I am aware that most presentations are scripted and rehearsed. I am looking for software that can control several different types of media in a scripted live presentation format. Basically the ability to instantly switch between multiple PowerPoint files, video clips, audio and graphics all in one presentation.

Then you make such a presentation. Rehearse until it's

Spot on. Of course you will encounter folk that will not consider more than on laptop, video, audio switchers and a production team to do the show.

be sure to tell the forum if you are not looking for

In reply to: Multimedaia Presentation software

I'd be guessing if you were looking for some real-time on-the-fly-change-the-display presentation software.

I know we do that at the office but such is still very scripted and involves custom programming and is not available for sale. Even if it was, it would run in the 5 figures so I doubt that is what you are after.

You lead with PowerPoint but wanted "seamless." For that we would look to movie production software. Such as Sony Vegas where we could fade from one image into the movie.

Experiences so far?

In reply to: Multimedaia Presentation software

Have you tried any online presentation platforms? Because I have a feeling that would easily fix any mac user/windows user issue.

I'm also looking for some quality software on the subject, so I'm wondering if you've fixed your problem already and if you could recommend something.

Which one do you have in mind?

What, you mean like prezi or powtoons?

I've made a couple of presentations using different software and I can tell you that different software offers different features (seamlessly transitioning between photos and videos aside), so each project can be optimized with a particular type of software.

Tell me what you need specifically and I might get a better idea in which direction I'm supposed to point you Wink

Alternatives of Powerpoint

In reply to: Multimedaia Presentation software

PowToon, Prezi, Keynote, Getfeedbac, SlideRocket are some most trending softwares and being used widely. checkout the free trail of one of them.
