Have you tried uninstalling the MSN Toolbar from the Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs section?
Tried using System Restore to a time BEFORE the MSN Toolbar was installed?
Tried "repairing" Internet Explorer by reinstalling Service Pack 2 for XP?
Hope this helps.

I messed up my other computer some time ago, don't know what I did. Tried system restore...didn't help. When I click on my documents, pictures etc., I get the message "#msntb_full_name# is unable to load its config file" says to reinstall it. How do I do this? This is a laptop with XP on it. The computer still works but I get sick of seeing this message all the time. Anybody with some ideas to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks
