yea !thats rite, system restore will help but if the restor was made before the installation of MSN Messenger then the messenger wudn't be there afterthe restoration is done.

so try doing a performance upgrade, which includes Disk scanning, deframentation, ant-spyware scan, Norton Antivirus scan and a registry clean.this can can oncrease system performance. Latter try installing the Msn Messenger form the officil site coz other sites may contain some malwares or stuffs like, well not all sites.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
