As you can tell by the dirth of entries at http://support.microsoft.com, there isn't much documented about this software. In fact, the support for this and AOL software is primarily from the support lines they provide with said service.
Bob
I had MSN 6.1 working properly for weeks and it suddenly stopped. I removed the program and reloaded it. The program opened and ran in fine order except the icon, which was there before this problem, disappeared and now I have to reinstall MSN every time I want to use it.
When I originally downloaded it I saved it to an file which I use to reload and it takes about 15 seconds to reload and run.
Although I can run MSN I would like to start it from the icon as before.
Thanks for any help.
