MSIServer and Windows Installer (Services) Lost/deleted

please, hope someone could help this.
I have check for any forums in google searching, and i've tried for solutions. BUT nothing happens to my laptop. I can to install programs, and i've check from microsoft.com site. BUT not working.

try to install msiserver.reg

finally, i got to answer.
my laptop is lost msiserver and also Windows Installer.
But I think that the solution is
Just install msiserver.reg then just check the regedit_search for msiserver.
Also you check in Services menu, then check for Windows Installer.

I think it works, if not, you can follow instruction for windows site. also with install msiserver.reg. Cool
