If you have a Zoltrix modem carpserv is a legitimate entry.
mobsync also appears to be legitimate.

I have two entries in the msconfig startup "carpserv and mobsync",I checked them out at http://www.sysinfo.org/ in the startup quick search box,The results I get say spyware,adware,and such.Should I remove these,and if so,how.
