MSCONFIG problem

I am a newbie!! I use Windows XP. When I click "start", "run" in MSCONFIG window, a large window flashes momentarily and diappears. Help is appreciated! Thank you.

You haven't said if MSCONFIG starts or not?

try copying this and pasting into the box

C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\msconfig.exe

Alternatively, in explorer, goto the above and then create a shortcut on your desk top.
