MS Word: Tracking changes: comments ->how do I enlarge text?

Apr 6, 2007 4:40AM PDT

Apologies if this question has already been asked: I've been unable to find the answer on this or other forums, but maybe I'm searching for the wrong term or phrase.

A proofreader has marked my MS Word manuscript for my novel with comments, but find that the text size is very, very small. How do I make a global change to make this text bigger? I suspect it may be a difference between Windows/Mac; I use a MacBook and Microsoft Word 2004 (version 11.2).

Thanks VERY much in advance for any suggestions!

Debbie

highlight the text. you can hold you left mouse button down and drag the cursor to the bottom of the page, go to the toolbar and change the font size. this will make the all text larger/same size, not sure how it will effect the comments tho as i have never seen comments on my work.

hope this helps.

This doesn't seem to work for me, but thanks anyway for the reply! Happy
