MS Word 2007 cut copy paste from Lotus notes email into new

Oct 3, 2010 2:22PM PDT

When I copy and paste a photo from one doc to another, and when the photos have been sent through Lotus Notes system, does this do anything to corrupt the file when I try to paste it in an identical doc, because the art goes away, and I have a blank white page in front of me.It appears that I have lost the art in cyber-lala land. Any ideas from anyone how to fix this ASAP would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Never heard of this. Try a work-around. From Lotus Notes or from your document, copy the picture, paste it into your favorite photo-editing program (even MS Paint is fine), save it as a disk file and insert the picture from that file in another document. Does that work?

I did put the art in Powerpoint and set it there that seems to be ok with the photos, only if I wanted to keep the call outs set in place, but no flexibility once in doc.It acts like one sold piece, if I want to change the call outs I have to create a new one.
I just don't know why the art would go away when i was pasting it in the new doc. Or is that the crazy stuff of 2007 still?
