Oct 9, 2015 3:36PM PDT

Samsung UN43J5000AF 43-Inch 1080p LED TV (2015 Model)
I can't get my Micosoft Wireless Display Adapter to be recognized by this TV.

I have tried two adapters which both work with other TV
Any suggestions??

It's usually pretty tame but how did you power the stick?

Power for MS Wireless display adapter

I power the stick by using the USB port on the TV. On another TV there is no USB port so I supply power through a charger - works ok. On this TV I tried it both ways and it still isn't recognized.

So you can't select that HDMI input?

Then it's time to call Samsung and ask what's up.

There's an odd mention of which port to use in the manual.

Try the other HDMI port.

Have you tried using different ports both USB and HDMI?

Wireless adapter on Samsung TV
Oct 14, 2015 9:29AM PDT

I think I have only two HDMI ports and I tried both. I have only one USB port but on my other TV I don't have any but I power the USB through a charger. I also have two adapters which both work on other TV. I even tried the charger power option of this TV but nothing happens.
It's been a few weeks so I do think I'm going to start all over to see if anything happens. Thanks
