Hello:
I'm designing an MS PowerPoint presentation. I added a video clip using a Windows Media Audio/Video file. I did so by doing "Insert, Movies and Sounds, Movie from File."
But instead of proceeding to the next PowerPoint page once the video is finished, I receive the error message with the exclamation point in the yellow triangle, and the message "The specific device is now being closed. Wait a few seconds, and then try again." One cannot even click "OK." Nothing works! My only option is to then close the PowerPoint program.
Does anyone know why this is happening, and moreover, HOW TO AVOID IT?
