It turned out to be a firewall issue. Cured it by uninstalling what firewall software and moving back to the native windows firewall. Sorry but that's all I got.

My Outlook 2010 runs fine most of the day then out of no where, I get this message: Task 'username@domain.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0f) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
I have disabled all addins associated with Outlook and looked at the processess running when this happens but I do not see anything that jumps out at me. The way I get things to work again is to restart my PC. It works for a while after a restart. Turning Outlook off and just restarting Outlook does nothing. I have found several fixes but nothing seems to stick.
Plesase let me know if anyone knows what the problem is and how to fix it.
