MS Outlook 2003

Afternoon,

A quick question really. Is it possible to change the order of the 'Select Names' columns without using vb scripting?

Surely there's a way!

Thanks,

Josh.

Let's read a few answers.

1. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP030742141033.aspx

" * Names in the Address Book dialog box always appear in alphabetical order. You can't change this.
* Names in the Contacts folder can be sorted in various ways by using views. For example, you can group contacts using By Company, By Location, By Category, or by several other groupings. You can do this by selecting one of the view options in the Navigation Pane (Navigation Pane: The column on the left side of the Outlook window that includes panes such as Shortcuts or Mail and the shortcuts or folders within each pane. Click a folder to show the items in the folder.).

2. Read http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA010565141033.aspx for another sorting item.

Those statements are correct however, when clicking 'To' for a new email and using the global address book (integrated with active directory) the columns there I wish to change.

Thanks for the previous replies anyway.
