You must have a default printer set in the control panel and the printer must be online. This oddity extends to other apps too.

Printer is connected and I can also print the mail I receive, but cannot PREVIEW IT or see how it will appear before printing.

Offer me any indication you had that printer as the default printer in the Control Panel, Printers.

It's just one of the pre-requisites.

Most of the mails received can be seen in Print Preview
a few cannot. If I had your e-mail add I would forward that mail to you.

Again you didn't answer the issue.

I've noted twice and now 3 times about the default printer. It would be nice to know it's not that issue.

And print preview may indeed not work with HTML email. There's other posts about it and a Microsoft article too.
