MS Office Utimate 2007 Outlook themes

Using MS Office Ultimate '07; I have Word, PowerPoint and Excel installed on my laptop, Vista Home. I can not access themes in Outlook, working in Word. There was a red "x" when I ran the setup to check to see if what the status was. I removed the "x" and installed them. It still says themes are not installed. Thanks.
