MS NetMeeting > Desktop Sharing Does Not Finish Loading

I am connecting to my office LAN/PC via a VPN connection over a cable modem. From my home PC, I initiate a call to my work PC using NetMeeting. The remote desktop sharing is enabled at work. My call is accepted and when the window pops up with my desktop, anyhwere from 1/3 to 3/4 of my desktop is viewable but does not finish loading. I hang up and call again and get the same results. Does anyone have any ideas?
