MS Excel Header and Footer

Hello everybody,
I would like to know is there a way to put the same Header and Footer in every sheet of a workbook in MS Excel; rather than copying and pasting the same thing onto every sheet individually!
I would be really grateful if anybody could advise me on how to do this.
