What do we really need to run in the startup menu? I have been told to run anything that starts with cc because those are my norton antivirus programs, as well as few others. I am using windows XP and it is a HP.

If you're ever unsure as to what something is and whether or not it belongs, just enter the file name in the Google search box. I've always found great info that way--and I've entered some pretty loooong strings. Silly
