I enjoyed that one, too, Diane. Was a family movie that was much fun and had some good values in regard to love of family and tolerance, IMO.
I think a sequel could maybe work - plot-wise anyway.
Will it be any good? I'm skeptical, but only because there aren't alot of sequels that measure up.
Some that did for me:
Star Wars (mostly, anyway)
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Men in Black
The "Hannibal the Cannibal" movies (sorta, kinda, anyway - mostly because I find Anthony Hopkins very attractive, even when playing a character like that! LOL)
Have a great weekend
Robin Williams is in the process of making a sequel to Mrs. Doubtfire (loved that movie!). Hopefully it will be as good as the first one. http://www.cnn.com/2004/SHOWBIZ/Movies/11/19/film.doubtfire.reut/index.html
