MPEG4 plays on a Windows PC, but not a Mac

Sep 5, 2006 3:53AM PDT

I encoded some MPEG4 files for a podcast using Elecard Mobile Converter software. When someone plays the files from iTunes on a Windows PC, the files are viewable with no problems. However, when someone tries to view the same files from iTunes on a Mac, the screen is green and you can only hear the audio. I'm sure it's a missing codec of some sort, but not sure exactly what. Any ideas? Thanks for any feedback...

Thanks for the info. I'll post the same question in the Mac forum just to see what other feedback I get.
