General discussion

I have about 500 MPEG4 songs that I want to convert to MP3. As you know, I am trying to unlock all my iTunes Music. I know C-Net doesn't condemn piracy, and I am not trying to do that. I want to be able to move the songs to other players such as my Sony PSP, or my cell phone( Verizon LG VX9800). Please any help is very much appreciated.
