I'm not sure what you are looking for but you might take a look at the Megxon M500 Multimedia Player.

It appears to have the features you want....
It seems to have everything but the kitchen sink.

Some of their claims are exagerated......it is not a 12 megapixel camera.....it is a 5 megapixel camera.

has still vid 3 cmos megapixals hardware to .0 plus on high quality. mp3. voice card reader storage and webcam
an excellent economy camera and for outdoor and high indoor lighing .
If you want something different aiptek makes a few as well. your local target or walmart will have them around 100 plus aiptek is-dv good luck and see you in the forums

that meets this poster's desires. This smells like an ongoing advertising attempt to me, but then I'm a skeptic.
