mp3 suggestions

May 10, 2009 8:41AM PDT

I'm looking for an mp3 player. It needs have around 8 gig of space, not run on a hard drive, flash memory only, and have a reliable battery adapter accessory which allows me to use AA or AAA batteries to charge it as I will be using it while working away from any other electricity for 3 months. Also, a price tag under $200 for the player and battery adapter would be ideal. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would prefer it to not be an ipod.

I'd suggest Sony...

...and instead of batteries for charging, I'd invest in a solar charger. The 8GB player + solar charger might not fit under your $200 budget (I haven't checked myself), but it's a lot more eco-friendly that having to toss out a BUNCH of battery cells every other day or so just to keep your PMP ready to go.

Why not try a hi fi mp3 player?
May 17, 2009 12:12AM PDT

There is a hi fi mp3 player on promotion on EBAY, the price of the exclusive all- purposed mp3 player is $148.8,below yor target price.

The hi fi mp3 player has 100 hours playing time battery. aslo can satisfy your power requirement.

More importantly, you can have 30 days unconditonaly full payment refund + $ 10 returning shiping fee compensation.

It is really worth to have a " free of charge" test for 30 days.

I forgot the web page, please log on EBAY, check it use this key words:
High End sound quality portable audio Hi-Fi Mp3 player

good luck

Hey CNET, I thought you frowned on these sorts of things...

Despite its rather ungainly, cigarette pack looks, I'll without absolute judgment. However, until someone with some MEAT actually provides an unbiased REVIEW this 'thing', it should stay on eBay.
