Mp3 reencoding by bulk!!

HI.. I wanna reecoded all my mp3s altogether in 1 long session,, just to finish it all... equalize all the bitrates to 128kbps.. Anyone know a software like that please reply k thanks...

u guys ever use the converter there? I want it like that but by bulk like change all to 128 mp3 format
