MP3 player with sound balance?

I'm searching high and low for a modern MP3 player with "sound balance" as a setting. I have trouble hearing on my left ear, thus I'd like a player with that function.

Only problem is that it's quite difficult to find one so I thought I'd check here. Can anybody please recommend an MP3 player with sound balance?
