Mp3 player for PC and Mac file transfers?

Jun 27, 2005 5:53PM PDT

I have no idea if all players can do this...what I need is something that doesn't need a driver - plug and play, basically. I need to use it to transfer large files from uni (macs - that I can't install software onto) to home(pc) - I am sick of burning cds and dvds and I want to play music as well. I need about 6g minimum but would prefer upwards of 20g. But money is an object. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Thumb Drive?

Get a thumb drive, you don't have to burn cd's to transfer files. They're really useful anyway and much cheaper than mp3 players, plus you can store music on them too and play them from your computer.
