mp3 player for audio books

by 3cats4me / July 8, 2007 12:15 PM PDT

I'd like to get a reliable and simple to use mp3 player to listen to downloaded audio books. I've never used an mp3 player as I have been burning cds to listen to instead. I'd like to use it when traveling on planes and overseas and on long car trips when my family doesn't want to listen to my book. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Mp3 player for audiobooks
by rockn_1234567 / July 9, 2007 1:51 PM PDT

First make sure you go to audible.com to see what mp3 players are compatible with their audiobooks. You will want to use their service its alot cheaper and easier than cd's. I have a creative labs CD player that I enjoy because it allows you to bookmark in the middle of a track. This is very important when listening to an audiobook and you are interupted or want to save your spot for later. I would also recomend getting an MP3 player with a decent size hard drive some of the books are pretty large and can take up a lot of space. Good luck.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
