MP3 Player and Audiobooks

My library now offers downloadable audioboks. I listen to books all the time in my car. I need a recommendation for a player. It has to have the feature where I can pause and resume at the same spot and min of 512MB. Anyone have any experience using a MP3 player for books? Thanks, Kay
