I have a Trekstor i.beatxtension, and when I plug it up it says that it can not find nothing on my computer to use it. And I also have a SanDisk which also says it can not find a program to use it. I have written to both products and Windows ands they say ask each other. What download can I get to use these 2 products.
I am not a computer person, I can do what I need but that is it. Hope you can help.----------------Thank you

Please tell some more details:
- exact model of the players
- the exact message that pops up

Also interesting to know:
- did you install the programs from the cd's that came with the players (or, possibly, where on the website that was mentioned in the installation guide)
- is there music on the players; if so, how did you put the music on it
- how do you play mp3-files that are on your hard disk

Trekstor i.beatxtension is the player and a sandisk is the other. and no dics to down load came with either one of them. And neither one has anything on them, and never has. Both new. I would like to use both, but do not know how. When searching for the file it says none found. Now I have written 2 times to the trekstor for help and have not recieved any reply yet. Stumped.

You're not very clear. In face, you're very unclear.

In your first post, the message is something like "it can not find nothing on my computer to use it" when you put it in.
In your second post, it's something like "none found" when searching for the file.

What file is it searching for? And - if it found it - what would be it's purpose?

By the way, google finds nothing for Trekstor i.beatextension. With one e less (beatxtension) it find one Russian page I can't read.
What model of sandisk player is it?

Does your PC recognize a normal USB-stick? If not, please post the full and litteral text of the error message, without typos.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
