MP3 Folder Navigation on AudioPhase SkyBox

I own a SkyBox Integrated MP3 MP3/AM/FM/CD/XM boombox. We have several MP3 disks organized with each album contained in a folder. On every player we have used before, there was a means of moving directly from one folder to another; but we have not found any way to navigate among the folders on an MP3 disk using the SkyBox. The manual does not mention anything about folders. It advises the user to contact Best buy for operating questions, but the personnel at several Best Buy stores know very little about this unit (I don't blame the salespersons; they have a lot of audio equipment to sell). But I wonder if anyone out there is using this unit and knows how to move from one folder to another. The unit seems to play all the songs we have on an MP3 disk, but we cannot find a way to go directly to the beginning of an album. If I understood the manula properly, there is apparently a way on the FM side to directly enter a desired frequency and have the unit go there rather than having to scroll through all the frequencies to find the desired station. Do any of you know how to directly enter a frequency on this unit? I will appreciate any information you can provide.
