That would be a feature of the media player you choose and not something built into any known operating system.
Hello, I have a library of about 18,000 .mp3?s. I have ripped these files from CD?s using various media players and have found that they have all used different file name formatting options, listing the songs in different folders (Bob Dylan or Dylan, Bob) for example, or using different naming formats (artist>album>song> or song>album>artist). I want to get them all organized in the same naming format so that it will be easier to search for them not only in my media player but also through windows explorer. Is there a way to erase all of the current file names and rename them using the same media player format without having to do them one-by-one. Please help!
