MP3 converter

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good simple MP3 converter?
this may seem like a simple question but after alot of downloads and tries, i realized it is not.
I need to convert the sample rate from whatever it now is to 44100Khz
now I found programs that do this, but
I need one that can read folders and sub folders
do batch conversions
AND it should overwrite the original file.

it took me years to have my library categorized to the way I want it and I will never have the time nor the energy to re-do it all

now I know there has to be something out there that meets those criteria so I am asking you guys

Be careful what you wish for.

While I bet LAME could do that with some batch file and a little work, I fear this could result in degraded audio.

But you asked for it! is for those that do not want to learn the commands to do this.
There's a support forum to ask how this app will do what you ask.

I have here a tool that converts YouTube music into MP3. YouTube To MP3 Converter is the best tool as I am searching for the best converter on internet. Its cheap because it 100% free. Also, the instruction is easy. Just paste the URL of the chosen music video and in just a couple of minutes, it will be converted.
