Do you mean separating music by albums on an audio CD, so you can navigate to different albums? If so, this would only be something that could be done on a data CD to be used in a computer, then you could navigate to individual folders and open them individually. But this would only force iTunes to open to play your CD (unless you use Quicktime for listening), so all the effort would be wasted. Audio CDs need to have a continuous pulse running beneath the songs, which keeps the CD playing in your player. Individual songs are only separated by a pause. CDs burn in a similar fashion do DVDs where you burn a small lead-in and a lead-out to control the CD player. Did I totally confuse the issue? The answer is NO, unless I'm missing something.

you can do this, but i dont know how. its an mp3 cd, not an audio cd. You can group them by ''album'', for example you could have five different albums on one cd with 12 songs each. the mp3 cd player has a button which lets you skip between albums. Sorry if i didnt clarify enough.

MP3's

I don't think you can do it in iTunes but you can do it with Toast. As you are aware, an MP3 CD is different to an Audio CD.
Gather up your MP3's into folders, drag the folders into Toast and burn as MP3.

Should work

It does not specifically mention MP3 but it's worth a look and a try, especially when you consider the price!

I learned something new!

I've always dealt with Audio CDs, even with iTunes, but now that I have Toast-7 (with Spin Doctor), I will enjoy experimenting with MP3 CDs and making separate music folders. Very Cool!

mp3 player

Make sure you have an mp3 player. These cds wont work in a standard player. I use these because in my opinion, they are just as good as mp3 players. 12 hours on one cd, and they burn on standard cds, so for a 10$ cd pack with 50 cds, you get 600 hours of music for sixty cents an hour. thats a good deal in my book.
