Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble restoring files through your Mozy account.

I've been a Mozy Home Unlimited Backup user for over 1 year and have had no problems until now, but then again I've not tried to restore a large file until now. I attempted restore my outlook.pst file which is 2.8GB
I was unable to do it from the web or from the progam interface on my computer. The problem has now been bumped to 3rd level Tech support and its beedn over 4 days without resolution.
If you have big files to backup and you actually want to be able to restore them...you should probably look at a different service. I am.
