By struggling through, I have managed to be able to see the list of emails in my Inbox. But still I cannot obtain the list of my folders Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc. wherein I could click on one of the folders and obtain the list of emails in the clicked folder and then click on a particular email to see the email itself..
I have used in my PC for well over a decade Mozilla Thunderbird for my emails. (I very much like it.)
A strange problem has popped up today:
When I open Thunderbird, I cannot at all get the usual menu of Inbox, Sent, Trash, Junk, and so on. Rather, I only get the Junk window. That's it. I tried the usual remedy of uninstalling and then downloading the app. The downloading and installation went through without any problem. But even after restarting my PC, the same strange problem persists.
Could somebody try downloading Thunderbird in his PC and see if the same problem exists or otherwise?
I very much want my Thunderbird to work properly (though I can alternately access my emails in the website of my ISP).
Thank you very much.
