How do we stop the leaks?

it's not firefox's fault

I went to the link you provided, and it said that the memory leak wasn't Firefox's fault. It even gave you a solution. The solution they gave you is helpful, I did it myself a long time ago and it has better managed my RAM usage. However, for me, I am not usually too worried about my usage, since I have more than enough, so I generally keep the usage limits to around 120 MB.

Rick, about that link, I saw over 30,000 posts while browsing on another subject. PC and Mac or just PS?

It looks like to me that the leak is really with the Macromedia Flash player with Firefox. I would follow the instructions anyway. It's simple and only takes a minute.

Rick, I have the most recent version of Firefox. Upgrade Flash Player again? Did that a couple of weeks ago.
When will the upgrades ever stop every few weeks? Is this problem confined to a PC? What gives? I have no problems with my Mac.
Can you give us a hyperlink to re-install the latest version of FLASH?
Isn't Flash the same as CNET uses?

What is interesting about this forum is the fact that there is so much knowlege availsble to share

Off-Subject: Do not know about leaks. Except on my roof.
