Back to the company for a fix.
I work for a company that uses a special Caller ID software package that creates a new tab every time a new call comes in. Each time a call comes in, the caller information appears on the screen as a new tab and the screen switches to it immediately. I want to make it so that the screen prioritizes the current call so that when multiple calls come in at once, multiple tabs will be generated, but the screen is fixed on only one.
Is there any way to fix this problem?
One person already suggested that it might be possible to create a software add-on through Mozilla?
