Answer
I see nothing wrong here.

Let me explain that a little. I see a single RTX 2070 with some UHD 4K display and yet another 1080P display.

To get gaming up to speed at UHD 4K (mind you a single) we look for the RTX 2080 and if the person is a gamer they install TWO RTX 2080s.

See the usual build at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sCfmM71NOTo

Small things.
1. The machine hasn't been rebooted in 5 days.
2. Megasync. Good stuff but what if it's syncing?
3. TORRENT USER. Sorry you lost me here. So many trojans.
I mean it. You find you can't help machines that have torrent content. The owner always tells you it's legit. Nope. Never.
4. RAM. Usually in multiples of 8, like 8, 16, 32 and 64, but 48. Didn't report in but this is an i9 so you need to talk to the maker if the RAM is well configured.

So there are glaring issues here. The biggest one is the lack of GPU power with the TORRENT and RAM areas to follow up on.

Pre-built PC
Apr 20, 2020 4:17PM PDT

I don't know a whole ton about computers, I just like playing games. I installed the extra RAM myself just to get the extra memory. I also didn't know you could run two GPUs at the same time. I can see about getting two 2080s but at the time when I got the computer the 2070 was the best. Things sure change really quickly. I only got it just last year.

I don't use MEGA sync and the torrent was just to download some really old videos that were only available as torrents (they used to be available other ways, but then they got copyright claimed). I don't use the torrent anymore, so I wonder if I can get it to stop running or stop using it? I turned off MEGA's autosync so that shouldn't be an issue.

So perhaps the GPU is the problem. I don't really know how to install one, let alone a second one when there's a cage over where the other slots are.

This PC was pre-built since I don't know enough about PCs to build my own, and I wanted a warranty so in case something goes wrong, I can just send it in for repairs. Building it myself means I don't have a way to get actual tech support, besides asking questions online like this (I'm tired of the call centers).

So what do you suggest? I can upgrade my RAM once more and get two 2080s, but it might void my warranty. Although I guess it doesn't matter. At this point it might as well be my own PC since I installed new SSDs and RAM cards, and now plan on installing two new GPUs.

Did some searching
Apr 20, 2020 4:30PM PDT

I did some searching and found that even the 2070 is pretty good for 4k gaming. I also remember that I didn't always have this problem, and I always run on 4k resolution. So it has to be something other than the GPU. It happened before the memory upgrade as well, because I installed the RAM thinking that was the problem. So perhaps the torrent is the problem? I have Kaspersky, though, so I shouldn't have any trojans. It's been a while since I did a full scan, but perhaps I'll go ahead and run that.

Not that gamers tell us.

Maybe on MineCraft or such games but see the video to get Ultra settings up to 60 FPS or so.

I see the mouse settings are called out so try that too.

As to Torrent, it looks to be still running. Can cause all sorts of complaints. Uninstall.

Games run fine normally.
Apr 21, 2020 4:25AM PDT

My games run absolutely fine normally if I don't move my mouse or I use a controller. I can also move my mouse slowly and it won't lag. It's when I move it quickly like normal that it starts lagging heavily.

Network issues
Apr 30, 2020 8:38AM PDT

While playing another game I was having trouble connecting, so maybe part of the problem is my network? I'm hardwired with a strong connection but maybe my NAT card isn't up to snuff? No idea. I'm not a hardware guy, lol.

Answer
actually

Your mouse might have a high resolution for more precise movement. Lowering that precision in the mouse settings might help some.
