moving inbox % sent files from entourage 10.1.6 to mail

10 days ago the apple store transitioned my entourage 10.1.6 (office v.x) files on a 2002 imac to a new 24" imac and the apple suite of mail, ical, address book. they did a complete job for my account -- the old sent and inbox files are in an "imported file section". they did not move my wife's account sent and inbox files.

i spoke to apple rep about completing the cut over for my wife's account -- i was given some instructions i did not understand. i am told this transition from ms to apple products can be tricky.

so -how do it transfer my wife's sent and email files from entourage 10.1.6 (office v.x) files on a 2002 imac to a new 24"imac and the apple suite of mail?

i would also like to bring over her address book from entourage to address book.

some step by step instructions would be appreciated.
