moving cnet bandwidth meter

I have cnet bandwidth meter widget and tried pinning to my desktop underneath the icons as the option that was available. I do not want to stay there, it gets in the way, but I can't find any way to move it back into the widget dock. I tried uninstalling, trashing and re-downloading it, but it went right back to where it was. How can I move it back to the widget dock so that it is available there when I want it and not always sitting on the desktop (it doesn't work too well from that position anyway)?
