Moving a Works dB to Access2003

Windows XP, Home Edition
Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600. Works v7 and Office 2003.

I have a fairly large dB made with MS Works dB application. I now wish to move this to Access 2003, without having to type it all.

Is there a simple way to do this, please?

Find a export/import-format accepted by both parties.

Maybe .csv will work satisfactory for a one-time operation.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/163108 suggests a dBase format for Access 97 and the then current version of Works.
