To convert it from MOV to native Windows movie player encoding. I'm sure there are those that won't do that.
I am having some issues with getting a .mov file to play inside a PowerPoint Presentation. In order to get the movie to play, I "inserted" a "web page" onto a blank slide with the address pointing to the local file on the desktop. I also set it so that the movie plays automatically when opened.
The problem I am having is that the presenter uses a remote slide advancer and after the movie is over the slide advancer does not advance to the next slide. But it will advance when I click mouse. Then after that the advancer begins to work again.
I also tried to set the slide to advance automatically after a designated time period which I corresponded with the end of the movie. That did in fact work and switch to the next slide, but then the advancer does not work on the next slide either until I advance that slide using a mouse click, which then the advancer begins to work again.
