I have a brand new Galaxy Note 2. I am having a problem downloading movies from Samsung's media hub. After being able to watch the movie initially, it locks it out. I keep getting an error message and a lock symbol next to the name of the movie. Is anyone else having the same problem? I am getting this with all of my purchased movies. Thank you.

That's an interesting question. What did you purchase? The movie, or the right to view it once? Or the right to view it the next 24 or 48 hours? If one of the last two options, you only rented them.

Only YOU know what you bought or rented and where you bought or rented it.But you didn't tell.

I am sorry that I didn't mention it. I purchased the movie. I just thought people would know that I bought the movie because I think I am intelligent enough Happy to know that if I rented, then it would no longer appear after time. Happy and I would not have posted. Happy Thanks Kees.

Sir, I did call it in and Samsung tried trouble shooting to no avail.

Yes Kees. I have already returned it last week and thereplacement model has started to do the same thing. I was just wondering if anyone out there has tried to buy a movie on Media Hub and experienced the same problem as I have, because if not, then I will return this one too. I have 3 weeks left! Happy I want to keep this phone but I am out 40 bucks because none of the movie that I have purchased TO OWN are working!!! They ALL have lock symbols on them. I even recently tried to get back on Media Hub. Now I can't even buy ANY movie! Something weird is going on to say the least!
