Movie preview and thumbnails in Windows ME

Does anyone know how to have thumbnails and previews for movie files (mpeg, avi, wmv, etc.) like in Windows XP but for Windows ME. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AFAIK (look that up at google.com) there is no effort being made to provide such and same functionality in the older Operating Systems. You can try installing the latest Windows Media Player and see if Explorer picks up on the changes.
