Move command in Vista

where is the move command in Vista I don't want to drop and drag I want to move from one drive to another

The universal method is to cut-and-paste the file/folder from one location to another. You can do this one of many ways:
1.) Select the file(s)/folder(s) and press ctrl + X, then press ctrl + P in the target directory.
2.) Right click the file/folder and select Cut, then right-click a blank area in the desired directory, right-click it, and select paste.
3.) Select the file(s)/folder(s), then go Edit->Cut, followed by Edit->Paste in the destination directory.

Those abilities transcend most versions of Windows and Linux, and on a Mac if you replace ctrl with the Apple/command key.

I already know how to do what you sent me I just found I liked useing the move command in XP
